Licensees & Credentials

The most advantageous choice for the customer is to have a licensed supervisor on site when it comes to any form of pest inspection or extermination. Usually, when you call a company to assess and take care of a pest problem, the company sends a general technician that has an operator’s license. While an operator’s license allows technicians to perform certain tasks on site, they can really only perform tasks that are specified and cleared by a licensed supervisor. General technicians are unable to even legally identify a pest or type of infestation, nor make a decision on the course of treatment.  Furthermore, if the inspection uncovers more information about an infestation that was previously unknown that changes the best course of treatment, the general technician would be unable to treat the home without the approval of the licensed supervisor. Licensed supervisors have the ability to assess the situation on site and make changes to their plans accordingly. Due to these points, it is much easier for the customer to have a licensed supervisor come to take care of the problem directly to ensure that everything is handled more efficiently and effectively.
